We run our products and services on the website www.nkz.studio a www.nkzstudio.cz.

To provide our services and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

Processing of personal data in case of using the contact form or inquiry by e-mail

If you enquire about our products or services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us by email or via the enquiry form. This includes the following information: name, surname, phone, company, email address, your requirements or questions and any other information you send us.

For what reason?
We will contact you to further discuss products or services.

On what legal basis?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract negotiation or pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 5 years since our last communication.

Processing of personal data in case of purchase of services or products

If you purchase a service or product from us, we will work with the information you provide to us. This mainly includes billing data: name, surname, address, company, email, phone number, product, service or information about you that you provide to us.

For what reason?
We need personal data to fulfil a contract - to deliver our services or products. We will use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order or your enquiries.

We also process personal data to comply with legal obligations (in particular for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
Based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of legal obligations.

How long will we process personal data?
During the period of service and thereafter 10 years since the last time the service was provided or the goods were delivered.

Newsletters (business or marketing communications)

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, ordered a service or product, or are one of our clients and have not opted out, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter.

On what legal basis?
This processing is permitted by § 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.

How long will we process personal data?
5 years since your last inquiry. You can unsubscribe at any time via email or contact us at [email protected]

Who will get access to the data?

Your personal data is stored securely and only accessed by selected partners who help us operate and maintain our services or provide legal or accounting support where necessary. These partners include:

  • Company involved in payment processing
  • MailChimp - we use to send marketing communications. MailChimp is operated outside the EU. For more information on data protection, please see here.
  • Accounting firm Nastejnelodi.cz, s.r.o. - provides accounting services for bookkeeping if you are an individual entrepreneur.
  • Website Operator - NKZ s.r.o. (nkz.studio, Kurzova 2222/16, Stodulky, Prague)
  • Legal and mediation offices and debt recovery firm - if necessary, we may disclose your data to solicitors for legal representation or debt recovery purposes.
  • Hosting Provider: ACTIVE 24, s.r.o., Sokolovská 394/17, Prague 8

If necessary, data may be provided to other software, application and service providers, but always with due regard to the security and protection of your data.

We process personal data within the European Union, except for the US tools that are part of the Data Privacy Framework program.

What else you should know

  • In our company we do not have a data protection officer.
  • There has not been nor is there automated processing or profiling.

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you the right to, among other things:

  • contact us and ask for information about what personal data we process,
  • request access access this data and have it updated or corrected,
  • Request processing restrictions,
  • Request a copy of the personal data processed,
  • in certain cases request the deletion of personal data a their portability,
  • raise objection to processing on the basis of a legitimate interest.

If you suspect improper handling of data, you have the right to file a complaint with Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.

These conditions are effective from 1 November 2024.
